From application to delivery.
The StoryClose process is structured so you understand what happens before, during, and after your build. Apply first, receive deposit instructions if accepted, complete onboarding in your client dashboard, and move through a clear build process toward delivery.
Your first deposit reserves your build slot.
If accepted, your initial deposit is $2,000. This includes a $500 non-refundable reservation fee. The remaining $1,500 is refundable if you cancel before the refund cutoff.
The refund cutoff is seven days before your scheduled build date. After that point, deposits are non-refundable because your build window, preparation time, and production capacity have been reserved.
If you cancel before the refund cutoff, the refundable portion is returned within 14 business days after your cancellation form is completed.
After your deposit is received, your build moves into a private client dashboard.
Your dashboard keeps onboarding, materials, next steps, and delivery organized in one place. You will use it to complete onboarding, upload documents, submit sales context, and track the build without needing to manage scattered links or long email threads.
